Humanize your workculture
There are plenty of ways to improve team dynamics and ways of working. Using liberating structures to create autonomous workshops are very helpful, as it will help teams start to grow from the very first beginning, whether this is focussed on agile mindset or just improving a teammeeting. Let's meet to see what suits your team best.
Any individual, team, or company needs structure in order to maximize value and get their roadmap clear. Structure can be perceived in a lot of ways, RoseMagile prefers therefore a pragmatic approach and bring structure step by step throughout the process(es). Even when you wouldn't know what structure you might miss, RoseMagile can help to find it together.
A lot of small companies struggle to scale up and reach the next level of their company. A good overview, reviewing the focus and set good objectives (by the means of OKR's) can help to level up. In addition, a good understanding of the 'why' you do what you do, helps both the individuals to get to know themselves as well as each other.
Hi! Let me first introduce myself briefly. I am Merel Roos van Zelderen and I created Rose Magile. I can hear you wonder what ‘Rose Magile’ actually stands for… Let me explain! After years of working as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach in various companies and industries, I started to see patterns within all the experiences that I had gained in this role.
I see organisations struggling in becoming ‘agile’, in ‘rising as an agile organisation’ or in scaling up the company. I believe that agility can only be achieved once the mentality and the culture of a company has internalised the agile mindset. Most successes can be found in the process of ‘becoming agile’. Just like a rose is not grown within a day, agile as a culture is not either. It takes little steps, layer for layer, one leaf at the time.
Once the working environment can be experienced as agile, the journey is not over. It is exactly in the journey and agility, where the beauty can be found: like magic. I played with the word of magic and agile and came up with ‘Magile’. To rise in agility and make a workspace more humanized: a layer by layer approach is needed to eventually create a higher level agility and have humanized workenvironments.
I love to bring structure, trust and fun to teams and companies. I believe that when people stand in their strength, fun, creativity and innovation become organic consequences and will let each person succeed in what they do, and thus so will the company too.
Happy to philosophize with you about how to make your company a happier place so we can all grow and flourish like a beautiful rose!
Each team or organization is like a layered rose; change can only happen in small steps with consideration for each layer in the organisation but also the individuals in the process.
RoseMagile looks beyond the standard Scrum rules and is open up to 'doing things differently' there where it makes sense. Give teams room to choose tools and methods that really work for them.
Not focused on big, top-down changes, but on confidence-building and small steps that collectively have a big impact and create value of the challenges the company or the team has.
Every team, every company, big or small, has different challenges. In order to better know where we could bring value, let's have a chat. I am happy to help.
